seatIdinteger<int32>required

Seat whose rate was modified (SOAP: idSeat).

rateIdinteger<int32>required

Rate that was requested (SOAP: idRate).

rateModifiedbooleanrequired

true when the seat was repriced (SOAP: bresult). false when no seat matched the requested rate/cart (the legacy bresult == false / result == 0 case).
