SOAP Equivalent: ACP_CatalogDateGetDetailByPopulation
Identical to the base session-detail path plus the identity's affected populations, which widen the category/rate/block rights. The same sale guards apply (10114 → 403, 10116 → 403, 10120 → 403, 10119 → 404).
